Individual Work

Either through coaching or mentoring support, individual work led by a facilitator can help you discover your strengths and your sense of purpose. It can help to focus your energy and learn more about the patterns that support your growth.

We all have default ways of seeing the world, engaging with challenges, and moving through daily life. Many of these patterns are so ingrained we know little about them even though other people who know us well may see them.

These patterns may strongly affect how we deal with relationships or approach our daily routines. They can affect our health and well-being in ways that we are yet unaware of. Coaching, mentoring and other types of one-one support allow us to recalibrate, notice and transform these patterns, providing a safe environment to follow and trust the process that wants to emerge in the moment.

Processwork is a highly creative way of going about this by working with not only ideas but also with exploring subtle body signals, emotions, movement and dreams. Following the subconscious signals we know less about allows an opening up to the deeper processes within us, and can change the way we work and live in surprising and novel ways.

[Sometimes] the solution lies in the difficulty itself. Life is full of impressive potential, often hidden.
