Processwork (PW) is a creative interdisciplinary approach that offers attitudes and tools to facilitate transformation and growth. The PW method can be applied to psychological, physical, and social problems at both individual and collective levels.

Processwork

“I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of its own unfolding.”

John O’donohue, Conamara Blues: A Collection of Poetry

How Processwork is Used:

  • Innerwork

INNERWORK is an embodied approach that deeply explores our inner world and experience and creates learning about how the processes in our society and culture interlink with our own story.

  • Individual Work

Either through coaching or mentoring support, individual work led by a facilitator can help you discover your creativity, strengths, focus and a sense of purpose.

  • Relationship Work

RELATIONSHIP WORK provides an opportunity to discover and delve into emerging creative patterns that arise from interactions between us.

  • Groups, Worldwork, and Open Forums

WORLDWORK is a Processwork approach for groups and organisations based on the principle of Deep Democracy.
